Expedia provides the RSS Service and RSS Content "as is" and assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the RSS Service or RSS Content or for your use of the RSS Service or RSS Content in connection with your website. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, EXPEDIA DISCLAIMS LIABILITY AND ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE RSS SERVICE AND THE RSS CONTENT, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
